คอนเสิร์ต Kamaka เริ่มขึ้นเวลา 18:00 น. คนดูแน่นขนัด เพราะขายตั๋วปุ๊บก็หมดทันที
แถมมีการนำไปขายต่อแบบประมูลจนราคาขึ้นไปสองสามเท่าก็มี ข้อดีของตั๋วคือ
เขาไม่ได้ระบุที่นั่ง แต่จะมาได้ที่นั่งเอาก็ตรงหน้างาน ก่อนงานเริ่มเขาจะให้ทุกคนออกไปหมด
แล้วเข้ามาใหม่ และได้บัตรตามคิวที่เข้ามา
The 100th Anniversary Concert started at 6pm sharp.
This event's tickets are sold out since the first week that it was on sale.
Some had to auctioned the tickets from Yahoo auction and paid triple
the actual price. This is a once in a life time event in deed.

ก่อนจะเริ่มคอนเสิร์ตด้วยวง The Side Order Band ซึ่งสมาชิกแต่ละคนคือ
กูรูของวงการดนตรีฮาวายทั้งสิ้นครับ ชื่อไปอ่านเอาจากภาษาอังกฤษข้างล่างได้เลย
The concert started with a short documentary about ukuleles origin and
history of Kamaka. After a wonderful documentary, The Side Order Band
opened the show. Members of this band are master musicians,
Chris Kamaka (Double bass), Bryan Tolentino (Ukulele), Asa Young (Guitar)
and Dell Beezly (Guitar & Vocal).

คืนนี้เขาเลือกมาเฉพาะเพลงช้า ให้เข้ากับผู้ชมที่ส่วนมากเป็นรุ่นใหญ่
เปิดคอนเสิร์ตได้แบบอุ่นเครื่องเรียกน้ำย่อยได้ดีทีเดียว
Kalei Gamiao, the artist that I managed, performed right after Chris's interview.
He selected only mellow tune, which suited the audiences quite well.
It was a good start for the concert.

Both of them were friends since a very young age.
It's amazing that they're still friends and both become well known
ukulele players of the world.
